Services & Engagements

Project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and fees are defined within individual proposals or statements of work. Any changes must be mutually agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline projects or discontinue services if usage violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All creative assets, concepts, code, and documentation developed by Xhadow Media remain our property until paid for in full and released per contract. Unless otherwise specified, we retain the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, pitches, and marketing materials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platforms or services, including by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting performance, reverse engineering systems, or using deliverables for unlawful or infringing purposes. We may suspend access for suspicious activity.

AI Experiences & Content

Our AI-driven tools and influencers generate content based on training data and user prompts. You understand that automated outputs may occasionally be imperfect or unexpected, and you assume responsibility for reviewing and approving final materials before public use. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xhadow Media and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xhadow Media, its officers, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xhadow Media is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be exclusively resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
